Everything's Under Control

After retiring from active medical practice, I had a second career with Johnson & Johnson, first in Medical Affairs and subsequently with Janssen Research and Development. The “Professional” section of this website has all the details.

In 2023, I applied to and was accepted by the two-year Stanford Online Writing Course. The exposure to the faculty and students of the OWC was a life-changing experience. For the past four years,  I’ve concentrated on writing fiction and, whenever the opportunity arises, landscape photography. I look forward to sharing my work with you.

My wife, Katherine, and I live in Chagrin Falls, Ohio with our two Labradors, Posie and Portia.
